CONWAY — The recently-purchased, former Chinook Cafe is undergoing renovations and is slated to open in mid-November as the Sweet Maple Cafe, say new owners Danette and Tim Talbot, owners of the nearby Valley Jewelers of Main Street in Conway.

The Talbots bought the building at a recent foreclosure auction. It had been closed for a year, vacated by former owner Laurel Tessier.
