CONWAY — Ruthie's Flower Shop celebrated its newest additions to the store in early May, including a new owner and a private wedding salon. Jessica Brown took on ownership of the flower shop from Elaine Currier, with a passion of carrying on the quality of service and floral arrangements that Ruthie's is known for.
Jessica also implemented a new wedding room for brides to enjoy one-on-one appointments to customize their wedding day floral needs.
