Jennifer J. Foley, an employee of North Country Fair, has completed a three-course program in "Diamond Essentials, Colored Stone Essentials and Jewelry Essentials" with the California-based Gemological Institute of America. She was awarded the institute's Accredited Jewelry Professional Diploma.To successfully complete the program, Foley had to demonstrate a broad range of diamond and gemstone product knowledge and "real world" jewelry sales techniques.The Gemological Institute of America is a non-profit educational institution serving the jewelry industry. The institute has campuses on three continents in eight countries.
