Leon and Nellie Filip are the new owners of the Spruce Moose Lodge. After 11 years as proprietors of Hot Rize Bagel Cafe in Merrimack, the Filips decided to move farther north and settle into this bed-and-breakfast, which they purchased from Robin Kinkopf, owner and innkeeper for the past four years.
