CONWAY — Ridgeline Community Development in Redstone has been approved by the Conway Planning Board to  reduce the number of units planned for Lot 5 from 21 units to 19 units. The change would make the individual homes larger and convert them to two-story, two-bedroom units.

“The intent here is to improve the marketability of these units,” Ian MacKinnon of Jones & Beach Engineering, Inc., told the planning board at its Aug. 13 meeting.
