CONWAY — HEB Engineers, Inc., an award-winning, employee-owned engineering and land surveying firm based in North Conway, has been named the 2026 Coolest Employer for Young People by Stay Work Play New Hampshire. HEB is one of only two companies in New Hampshire to receive this award twice, having previously won in 2011.
Each year, Stay Work Play NH, a nonprofit dedicated to supporting young people’s personal and professional growth in the Granite State, honors a New Hampshire organization that creates an exceptional environment to attract and retain young workers. HEB stood out among applicants from across the state for its community-focused culture, supportive benefits, and commitment to work-life balance, all of which help bring talented young professionals to the North Country.
