CONWAY — On April 1, 2017, Cigar Shenanigans & Cocktail Lounge went from being just a dream to a reality for Penny Piva, Valentino Mennitto, and Penny’s son, Sean.
For Penny, a college professor, and Valentino, a chef, cigar lounges were a hobby throughout their relationship. The couple was living in Attleboro, Mass., where they enjoyed traveling to different cigar lounges and events, and even hosting their own cigar dinners at restaurants in nearby Providence, R.I.
