The Carroll County Registry of Deeds is pleased to offer customers the convenience of paying for copies and recording fees by credit card. Customers and account holders can now pay their bills from the convenience of their home or office, anytime.

Lisa Scott, the Register of Deeds for Carroll County, is now offering the convenience of electronic payments for customers. By contracting with PayGov.us, credit card service is provided at no cost to the county, only the customers who choose to use credit cards are assessed a nominal fee. This provides those who wish to enjoy the new convenience the opportunity, without placing the financial burden on county taxpayers.
