BARTLETT — At last Friday’s Mt. Washington Housing Coalition’s annual “State of Housing breakfast meeting attended by 60 people held at the Attitash Bear Peak Base Lodge, an update was given on the scheduled sale of land next month for N.H. Housing Finance Authority’s planned 105-unit affordable rental housing project off Common Court at Settlers Green.

In her update on the Common Court project, Julie Jussiff, chief program officer of NH Housing, said NH Housing has signed a purchase-and-sales agreement with the state Department of Transportation with an intent to close in January on the Common Court parcel near Settlers Green and Puddin Pond lots 235-93, 235 lots 52 through 72.
