DENMARK — The Town of Denmark will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, Aug. 11 at 6 p.m. at the Denmark Municipal Office regarding Blue Triton Brands, Inc. d/b/a Poland Spring Bottling Company’s application to renew its permit for large-scale water extraction from Cold Spring for another five years.

The hearing is a critical milestone in the permit review process and represents the public’s opportunity to ask questions, provide testimony, and comment before the Select Board makes its decision.
