FALMOUTH — Camp Susan Curtis in Stoneham is bringing a new kind of fundraising event to the court this fall with its inaugural Pickleball Tournament, presented by Martin’s Point Health Care, on Saturday, Oct. 17, at Foreside Fitness in Falmouth.

After more than two decades of hosting an annual golf tournament, Camp Susan Curtis wanted to create a fundraising event that felt more accessible and gave a broader group of community members a way to get involved. With pickleball continuing to grow rapidly across the country and here in Maine, the sport felt like a natural fit for an event built around friendly competition, connection and fun.
