STANDISH — Saint Joseph’s College of Maine is proud to announce its upcoming humanities forum, “Being Human: How to Navigate Conflict and Work for Peace,” taking place on Wednesday, Feb. 25, at 1:30 p.m. in the Viola George Auditorium, Alfond Hall at Saint Joseph’s College of Maine.

Sponsored by the Humanities Division and the Office of Mission Integration, this year’s forum addresses the pervasive nature of conflict in the modern world. From international and geopolitical divides to the interpersonal tensions faced in daily life, the discussion will explore how compassion and learned wisdom can transform discord into a foundation for justice.
