Howdy neighbor!

This past Saturday, I had the pleasure of speaking with several of our readers who attended the Fryeburg Historical Society’s annual Spring Tea party, held at the Osgood House museum on the Portland Road in Fryeburg. This is a gala event in our society’s calendar, during which we fill the old house to capacity, throwing a grand old-fashioned high tea with all the fixings: scones, macaroons, cucumber sandwiches, lemon curd, clotted cream, and faithful servers topping off each and every teacup with fresh brew served piping hot in silver teapots.
