To the editor:

Well I’m sure glad I’ve found a new friend. In her letter of April 18, Elizabeth Reudiger referred to me as “Theodore,” which is what my closest friends call me. If we’re going to be close friends, instead of referring to her as Ms. Reudiger or even Elizabeth, I’m sure she will be happy for me to simply refer to her as “Liz.”
