BERLIN — A proposal to develop multifamily housing in an office building once owned by Isaacson Structural Steel on Jericho Road took a step forward Monday night with the city’s zoning board of adjustment approving its request for a special exception in a 5-0 vote.
The ZBA granted a special exception to DWP Realty LLC.
