GORHAM — Gorham Police Chief Jimmy Willhoite is the recipient of a federal award that recognizes the police department’s support for its officers who also serve in the National Guard or Reserves.
Officer Robert Sullivan nominated Willhoite for the award as Sullivan is an active member of the Army National Guard.
