To the editor:

Three weeks have passed since Gov. Chris Sununu vetoed a budget that would have brought tax relief to property-poor communities like Berlin. Now state government must operate under the same budget that has crippled our community. The message from Gov. Sununu is clear, providing property tax relief is not a priority.
