CONCORD – In a Tuesday afternoon statement, New Hampshire Attorney General John M. Formella announced the identity of the police officer who discharged his firearm during a shooting incident that occurred on May 21 in Milan, New Hampshire, in which Zachary Gagne, 37, was injured.

 Berlin Police Corporal Jason Silva is the officer involved in that incident. Corporal Silva has been a law enforcement officer for the city of Berlin for almost five years.
