George Bald: NH Sen. Bill 424 would harm three northern counties

To the editor:

The purpose of this letter is to alert people of the North Country to pending legislation that will eliminate an economic development position that is mandated to cover the three northern counties. The current holder of that position is Beno Lamontagne. Many of you know Beno, as he has worked hard to bring business to the Berlin/Gorham area.
