The final briefs have been filed and tomorrow the state Energy Facilities Site Evaluation Committee will begin deliberations on Granite Reliable Power’s application to construct and operate a 99-megawatt wind farm in Phillips Brook. A decision is due by May 6.

Two interveners are opposing the project outright. But the rest, including the Counsel for the Public, are giving the proposal to install 33 wind turbines conditional support.
