BERLIN — The city has received a petition containing over 450 signatures of residents opposed to creating a soil disposal facility at the Dummer Yard landfill property. Rachel Fillion said she and Monique Gagnon delivered 42 pages of signatures to City Manager Phillip L. Warren Jr. at the end of last month.
