GORHAM – A guarantee for a $10 million loan to help White Mountain Tissue LLC pay for the new tissue machine at the Gorham Paper and Tissue mill was approved Wednesday by the Governor and Executive Council.

The body also authorized the Bureau of Trails to purchase a private camp within Jericho Mountain State Park for $37,000.
