Media from across the North Country gathered in Concord Friday for a tour of the State House that included a brief meeting with Gov. Craig Benson.

State Senator John Gallus arranged and hosted the tour that was attended by about a dozen members of the Northern N.H Press Association. The first term senator from Berlin said the tour allowed the media to get a better understanding of how the Senate works. It also provided an opportunity for both parties to get acquainted.
