In First Circuit Court, District Division, Berlin, on Wednesday, Jan. 22, 2020, the following cases were heard:

Jean Paul Michaud, 45, 101 Back River Road, Dover, was found guilty on two counts of violating a protective order and ordered to pay a fine and penalty assessment totaling $620 with $310 suspended on the condition he maintains good behavior for one year. Michaud also was ordered to serve two 10-day terms in the Coos County House of Corrections, to be served consecutively, with four days credit for time served, and both suspended on the condition he maintains good behavior for one year.
