Obituary: Paul G. Beroney

Paul George Beroney, 55, of Berlin, passed away unexpectedly at his home on Nov. 27, 2022. He was born on July 29, 1967, in Berlin the son of George H. and Lorraine (Roy) Beroney and resided in Berlin all of his life. For over 20 years Paul owned and operated Beroney's Auto Body. Most recently he had been employed by Tri-County Cap as the fleet director. He also worked part-time for Caron's Fabrication of Groveton as a wrecker operator. Paul enjoyed hunting, fishing, riding his motorcycle, four wheeling and spending time with family. For many years, he and his wife spent time at Riverside Speedway in Groveton operating the wrecker clearing any crashed race cars from the track.

He is survived by his wife Shannon Katz of Berlin; son Dennis Gale and his wife Christina of Milan; daughter Kurstin Beroney and her boyfriend Michael McAllister of Berlin; and his mother Lorraine Beroney of Gorham. He was predeceased by his father George H. Beroney in 2009.
