GORHAM — Voters at annual town meeting voted out longtime selectman Mike Waddell and elected a physician in his place. The results were announced at the annual town meeting on Tuesday night, shortly after the polls closed.
Waddell lost to board-certified otolaryngologist Dr. Richard Kardell by 133 votes, 337-204 in voting on Tuesday. The term is for three years.
