BETHEL, Maine — Zen is a school of Mahayana Buddhism, but for many, the term forms an image of practices that can bring a sense of calm to our daily lives.

Join Christopher Ives, professor of Religious Studies at Stonehill College and author of "Zen on the Trail: Hiking as Pilgrimage" on a trail walk on Wednesday, July 10, from 5:30-6:30 p.m. at Valentine Farm, 162 North Road in Bethel.
