BERLIN — It’s a traveling resource center on wheels, for those who live in northern Coos County and who for a number of reasons, cannot easily access the social services provided by Tri-County CAP. The organization is named for the three counties it serves, Coos, Carroll and Grafton.
To mark the launch of the multipurpose van for mobile delivery of social services, city and county leaders and Tri-County staff gathered Aug. 31 at the Service Credit Union Heritage Park on a bright, sunny late afternoon.
