Meghan Carlin will be performing a summer recital at The Gorham Congregational Church, United Church of Christ, in Gorham, at 4 p.m. on Saturday, Aug. 16. She will play both piano and the church’s 1893 Hook and Hastings Opus 1537 organ, which has been making majestic sounds for over a century. If you have ever been curious about the organ, now is the time to experience its grandeur and color. It is truly a full orchestra in a single instrument.
