Greetings, folks.In keeping with my promise to give you some good diet recipes, I have one that is also very nutritious. It is so easy to make that I am sure you all will try it at least one time.Bon appetit.EASY VEGETABLE SOUP46 oz. tomato-vegetable juice1 14.5 oz. can of diced tomatoes with green chile peppers2 15 oz. cans mixed vegetables. drained1 15 oz. can kidney beans2 potatoes, peeled and cubedIn a pot, mix together tomato-vegetable juice, diced tomatoes, mixed vegetables, kidney beans and potatoes. Simmer over medium heat for at least 30 minutes. Serve.There are only 140 calories per serving, no fats and no sodium. Enjoy.Any good recipes to share? Please forward to Ruth Putnam, P.O.
