Hair Excitement Salon and Spa opens in Settlers' Green

Hair Excitement Salon and Spa has announced the opening of its newest location in Settlers' Green Outlet Village in North Conway.The Rochester, N.H.-based chain has opened 31 beauty businesses throughout New England since 1988.When the North Conway location became available, Hair Excitement owner and president John Langlois said he could not pass up the opportunity.I think the residents of the Mount Washington Valley and all of northern Maine and New Hampshire will be very happy with our selection of staff and the type of salon we have put together, Langlois said. We truly will be offering something different than what you can expect in most traditional salons.Langlois said Hair Excitement brings a unique approach to customer service."Clients, called guests, can expect much more than just a haircut," he said. Before opening its doors on April 1, all staff members participated in the Hair Excitement "Steps To Success" two-week orientation program required of all new employees that join the Company.This ensures that all staff understand our philosophies of going beyond and becoming true professionals in this industry, said General Manager Edward Sharon.
