North Conway marketing firm Glen Group has expanded with the addition of Rachel Cooper as traffic coordinator and Greg Reinbach as webmaster. Cooper joins the firm's client services team, continuing the evolution of an agency that has experienced tremendous growth in the past three years. Reinbach's addition to the firm raises the number of Glen Group employees to 25.Cooper will manage all jobs going in and out of the office, and schedule all work throughout the agency for such clients as Telluride Ski Resort, Carlisle Wide Plank Floors, the New Hampshire Division of Travel and Tourism Development and New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services. She will delegate workflow and projects, ensuring all jobs run smoothly throughout the Glen Group team.Cooper joins Glen Group from Cole Haan of Yarmouth, Maine, where she was assistant to the vice president of brand marketing. Previously she was claims officer for the Accident Compensation Corporation of New Zealand. A native of New Zealand, Cooper attended the University of Otago in Dunedin, New Zealand, graduating in 2000 with a bachelor of commerce degree in marketing and management. She moved to the United States in 2002 and lives in Conway with her husband, Brett, and black Lab, Cody.Reinbach joins Glen Group after nearly three years as a web programmer for Zoot Enterprises, a Bozeman, Mont.-based credit decisioning and application services provider. Like Cooper, Reinbach has roots below the Equator. He is a native of Amanzimtoti, South Africa.Reinbach attended the University of South Florida, graduating in 1998 with a degree in management information systems. He recently settled in the Mount Washington Valley with his wife, Laura; two sons, 2 1/2-year-old Ethan and 9-month-old Luke; and their dog, Harley. He is an avid skier and surfer.
