Taking the Lead: Women and the White Mountains

I chose a sunny day this week, before the snow reminded us how tentative spring really is in the mountains, and headed over to Plymouth for another look at the Museum of the White Mountains' in new exhibit, "Taking the Lead: Women and the White Mountains." Not quite sure whether I would find a display about historic climbs by women or their historic art derived from collectors, especially of art Dolly Macintyre's excellent collection recently gifted to the museum, I was prepared for anything.
