WOLFEBORO — Nicknamed “the Crosby, Stills and Nashville of the digital age” Buffalo Rome will be performing on Saturday at Brewster Academy at 7 p,m. The group blends the earthy feel reminiscent of the 1970s West Coast country rock scene with today’s modern country.
In the concert show “The Music of Laurel Canyon,” Buffalo Rome celebrates one of the most sacred musical places of the 1960s and early ‘70s. Laurel Canyon sits just above the Sunset Strip in West Hollywood and became a nest of creativity, immortalizing the artists like Joni Mitchell, Buffalo Springfield, Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young, and The Mamas and the Papas who called the neighborhood home. Buffalo Rome presents an anthology concert of greatest hit’ in their unique Nashville style.
