WALES, Maine — Sophomore Alex Allain was super on the mound, tossing a one-hit gem to lead No. 12 Fryeburg Academy past No. 5 Oak Hill 1-0 in Wales on Tuesday.
“The Brazilian Missile was on fire,” Greg Allain, Raiders’ head coach and Alex’s dad said with a wide smile on Wednesday. “The first hitter of the game for Oak Hill got an infield single and that was it.”
