WHITEFIELD — The Kennett High cross-country team closed out the regular season on a winning note while enjoying the peak North Country foliage last Friday. The KHS boys and girls took top team honors at the annual White Mountains’ Maple Run Invitational held at White Mountains Regional School in Whitefield.

“We went up there to have a good last meet of the regular season and get in a good hill run and we did,” said Bernie Livingston, Eagles’ head coach. “It was spectacular up there.”
