CONWAY — Off to a 4-0 start, the Kennett High girls’ basketball team has passed every test thus far with flying colors. The Eagles are one of just three remaining undefeated teams in Division II, sharing the top of the table with John Stark (4-0) and Lebanon (3-0).

Fresh off a trip to the Elite 8 in Division II last winter and with four starters returning to the Nest, there’s plenty of excitement about the 2018-19 version of the Kennett girls’ basketball team. Throw in an undefeated preseason, which included wins over Division I schools Merrimack and Pinkerton Academy along with Maine powerhouse Bonny Eagle, and you can see why folks are eager to get to the Nest to see the hometown flock.
