The fallout of the U.S. Supreme Court’s historic 6-3 decision to overturn Roe v. Wade is causing immediate repercussions. Thirteen states have “trigger bans” to criminalize abortion within 30 days. At the other end of the spectrum, New York Gov. Kathy Hochul declared her state a “safe harbor,” and some companies like Starbucks and Tesla, are offering to pay for travel expenses for employees seeking abortions. New Hampshire falls in the middle. Though abortion is legal in N.H., and Gov. Chris Sununu considers himself “pro-choice,” he signed legislation in January banning the procedures at 24 weeks. Sununu issued a statement Friday, saying, “Regardless of this Supreme Court decision, access to these services will continue to remain safe, accessible and legal in New Hampshire.”

This week’s TeleTalk question: Should N.H. further restrict abortions or pass a law that codifies a right to the procedure?
