There were seven responses to last week’s Tele-Talk question — “Do you think the sentence Jason Nason faces is fair?” Three responses said it wasn’t fair, and four believed it was. The full selection of responses is printed here.
In my personal opinion, there was a lot of missed and confusing information that didn’t seem to add up. For instance, it took seven-plus months for Jason to be arrested for all the crimes he had against him, and the biggest one was the blood test that supposedly came back positive for fentanyl, but yet multiple state troopers said he was not under the influence and showed no sign of being impaired. In fact, Jason was treated for burn wounds trying to help the others involved. If Jason had that much fentanyl in his system don’t you think multiple troopers would have arrested him on the spot? What doesn't make sense is why did they wait seven-plus months if all the information they had on him was accurate? If this doesn't make you question our justice system, I don’t know what would.
