I think it would be helpful to have an anonymous tip line for both the town and for the high school, where people can call and report unusual activity. I also think it should be more clear to the community how to report activity. And also the people at the police department need to be trained on how to take those calls, because there are drug deals going on in town that people are observing, and there is no clear way to report what people are observing. And within the high school it’s clear what kids are the kids that are doing drugs and other kids are observing their behaviors. And there should be a way that they should be able to say that they’ve seen a group of  kids go into the woods or they’ve heard that a teen is going to engage in an activity that they shouldn’t. And I think those two activities would make it clear and provide an opportunity to let the town know that we’re really serious.
