To the editor:

I am encouraging all Granite Staters to contact their representatives in the State House to oppose Senate Bill 439.

Add to the list of the unnegotiable requirements:

Noise emission standards

Light pollution standards

If we don't gain control over this, we will find ourselves in the same situation as with the proliferation of solar farms and windmills destroying our wilderness areas.

If we cannot stop the data centers, the building of said facilities should come with covenants.

The builders of the data center should also be required, with no exceptions, to do certain things before they break ground.

Every state should enforce these covenants for every data center being built.

First and firemost, the buiders should be required to upgrade the electrical infrastucture of the community where the data center is going to be located. Yes the entire infrastucture in the entire community.

The builders should also be required to build their own clean energy power plant, the energy they choose is their choice, but must comply with current standards. Not only should said power plant supply power to the data center, but also supply the community with power at no cost to the residents.

The data center should also be required to build a water treatment plant, so that any water they use will be returned to the envirement clean, like it was never used. These basic requirements would mean a very low impact footprint on our communities.

These facilutues will generate billions of dollars in profit, they should give back to tbe communities they are invading.

This is smart developement, and will also allow America to stay ahead of china, russia, and iran, in the A I race.

We should not be looking to stop progress, but progress should provide for American citizens.

WE ARE THE RICHEST, MOST POWERFUL COUNTRY IN THE WORLD AND MUST MAINTAIN THAT POSITION FOR OUR LONG TERM PROSPERITY AND SAFETY.

THANK YOU
