OSSIPEE — In recent weeks, the New Hampshire Attorney General's Office has sent two prosecutors to help stabilize the County Attorney's office in the wake of more than 100 percent turnover of the county office's assistant prosecutors in two months.

One insider said the turnover is approaching "crisis mode," while County Attorney Tom Dewhurst (R-Bartlett) says he is trying to attract the most experienced prosecutors he can with the salary budget he has.
