CONWAY — Christine Thompson, who created the Extended Learning Opportunities program nine years ago at Kennett High and has served as interim director of the MWV Career and Technical Center since March, has been hired as the first KHS dean of student programming and career and technical education.

Superintendent Aimee Frechette and her administrative team reconfigured the two dean positions at Kennett High this spring. Previously, there was  a dean for grades 9-10 and one for grades 11-12.
