OSSIPEE — The Carroll County Attorney's Office filed 13 new charges against Christina Fay, a woman who is appealing her conviction in circuit court on multiple counts of cruelty to animals for her treatment of dozens of Great Dane dogs in her care.
Fay, 59, is seeking a jury trial in Carroll County Superior Court as an appeal of her conviction in circuit court late last year on 10 counts of animal cruelty for her treatment of 75 Great Danes.
