MADISON — Madison's Zoning Board of Adjustment on Wednesday decided not to give a developer a rehearing after denying that developer two variances in May on a proposal to build a 130-foot cell tower on King Pine Drive.
GMR Holdings of Pembroke has been asking the ZBA for a series of variances, ranging from restrictions on tower height and visibility to having an array rather than a mast. The array would be triangular with four panels on each side. The maximum height would be 155 feet if an extension were made.
