CONWAY — A Madison man is using the New Hampshire Right-to-Know Law to investigate rumors about a Kennett High School senior prank this spring; however the SAU 9 administration says the information he’s seeking is either not a public record or doesn’t exist.

Regardless, Kevin Clifford of Madison — whom readers may recall initiated a couple of Superior Court actions against Kennett High School hockey players for allegedly bullying his son — continues to push and was told he would get a further response by next month.
