OSSIPEE — A Laconia man with a criminal record was arraigned on a slew of charges, including attempted murder, in Carroll County Superior Court on Wednesday after allegedly shooting through the window of a Wolfeboro woman’s home and then breaking in.

James Flanders, 40, of Laconia is facing charges of attempted second-degree murder, attempted first-degree assault, felon in possession of a dangerous weapon, two counts of burglary and two counts of reckless conduct.
