CONWAY — It rained for the 14th consecutive Saturday, but not enough to dampen graduation day for the Kennett High Class of 2025.

“It was the third year in a row where we had to worry about the weather,” said Kennett High Principal Kevin Carpenter. “It’s definitely stressful. I can’t tell you how many times I looked at the forecast, but it kept improving as the week went on. We told the seniors, we were committed to having an outdoor ceremony (in Gary Millen Stadium) even if we got a few showers, and all of them applauded the decision.”
