CONWAY — New Hampshire got walloped on Monday by an ice storm that was a continuation of a weather system that brought blizzards to the Midwest over the weekend.

Belknap, Carroll, Grafton, Merrimack, Strafford and Sullivan counties continued to be under a winter storm warning, where ice was expected to accumulate over a half-inch combined with gusty winds, issued by the National Weather Service on Monday.
