How the delegation voted. (TERRY LEAVITT CHART)

Each week is something new. Last week, it was my opportunity to meet Gov. Kelly Ayotte.

I departed the house at around 6 a.m. to make it to Concord in time to attend the governor’s 8:30 breakfast reception for representatives. It was my first face to face with the new governor, and we briefly discussed two items: the need to pass legislation to “feed da kids” that were eligible and being excluded from free and reduced meals via the Medicaid direct certification bill, and the need to increase support to local communities for the costs of special education.
